Shipping and Return Policy

GetFlocked.com Flamingo Shipping Policy

We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. If we cannot fulfill an order due to a back-order, we will notify you by email with an expected fulfillment date, and you will have the option of cancelling your order if necessary. We ship via the US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) and delivery usually takes 7-10 days.

GetFlocked.com Flamingo Return Policy

Any flamingo order from the GetFlocked.com (Mind-Site Inc.) may be returned within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at sales@getflocked.com within that time period with your order number, and your reason for returning the flamingos. Make sure that the subject line of your email contains the words "Request for Product Return Authorization Number". We will respond via email with a Product Return Authorization Number ("PRA#") and instructions on how to return the flamingos.

All flamingos MUST BE UNUSED and returned in the original packaging, including all flamingo bodies and legs. Used flamingos are NOT RETURNABLE. The PRA# will automatically expire in 5 days, so all product returns must be received by the GetFlocked.com (Mind-Site Inc.) Returns Department within 15 days of the PRA# being issued. Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs).

We carefully pack all flamingo orders. If you receive a flamingo shipment from us in a damaged condition, please inform the carrier IMMEDIATELY and also let us know by email at sales@getflocked.com.

If you change your mind regarding a flamingo order and decide to cancel the order after it has already shipped, but before it has been delivered to you, you must still accept the delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for any brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return to GetFlocked.com (Mind-Site Inc.).
