We offer three payment options available during checkout:
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) PayPal Check/Money Order (mail order)
When paying with a credit card, payments are authorized at the time of check out but the credit card is not charged until the order has shipped.
For mail order payments, please make your check or money order payable to Mind-Site Inc. and mail to GetFlocked.com/Mind-Site Inc., PO Box 88, Port Jervis, NY 12771. If you wish to pay by PayPal, just select the PayPal option when checking out. Mail orders (payment by check or money order) remain "pending" until payment is received.
Credit card statements will show payment to "Mind-Site Inc." PayPal payments will be to "email@example.com" TICKTWISTFLAMINGOS
Flamingo shirts and other apparel are sold exclusively through our CafePress Store (Mindsite/MindSiteWorks.com) and cannot be combined with orders for lawn flamingos. Questions or problems with any CafePress order should be directed to CafePress.
Tax: Orders shipping to New York State will be charged 8.125% NYS sales tax before shipping/handling is added.
Shipping: Shipping/Handling charges are calculated according to delivery address and available shipping options with estimated delivery date are shown during the checkout process after your shipping address has been entered. Please register for a customer account to see accurate shipping options and costs available. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).
We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days but may take as long as 5 business days. We do not offer next day shipping at this time. If we cannot fulfill an order due to a back-order, we will notify you by email with an expected fulfillment date, and you will have the option of cancelling your order if necessary.
International Customers - please note that we do not offer any guarantee on delivery dates. Dates listed by the USPS are only approximate and customs processing may increase delivery time. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges if such charges are due on delivery. Please check the import rules in your country.
Below are the current shipping options/costs for flamingos going to Australia and New Zealand. These are shipping costs only and are added to the base price of the flamingos and/or legs. Shipping costs to most other countries is slightly less.
Lawn Flamingos Shipping to Australia and New Zealand
Returns: Any flamingo order from the GetFlocked.com (Mind-Site Inc.) may be returned within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time period with your order number, and your reason for returning the flamingos. Make sure that the subject line of your email contains the words "Request for Product Return Authorization Number". We will respond via email with a Product Return Authorization Number ("PRA#") and instructions on how to return the flamingos.
All flamingos MUST BE UNUSED and returned in the original packaging, including all flamingo bodies and legs. Used flamingos are NOT RETURNABLE. The PRA# will automatically expire in 5 days, so all product returns must be received by the GetFlocked.com (Mind-Site Inc.) Returns Department within 15 days of the PRA# being issued. Upon receipt we will issue you a full refund (less all shipping costs), payable via the same method used for the original order.
We carefully pack all flamingo orders. If you receive a flamingo shipment from us in a damaged condition, please inform the carrier IMMEDIATELY and also let us know by email at email@example.com.
If you change your mind regarding a flamingo order and decide to cancel the order after it has already shipped, but before it has been delivered to you, you must still accept the delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for any brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return to GetFlocked.com (Mind-Site Inc.).
